You need a valid driving licence (international driving permit recommended but not always required if your licence is in English or French), a passport copy, and you must be at least 23 years old. We provide the rental agreement and insurance documents.

Rates start from $40/day for a compact SUV like the Toyota RAV4. Larger vehicles like the Land Cruiser range from $100–$180/day. Weekly and monthly rentals receive discounted rates. All prices include insurance and unlimited mileage. View our full pricing.

Yes. We offer free airport pick-up and drop-off. Share your flight details when booking and we'll meet you at arrivals with your vehicle ready. We also deliver to hotels and offices across Kigali at no extra charge.

We accept cash (USD, EUR, RWF), mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), bank transfer, and Western Union. A small deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due at pick-up.

Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. Changes to dates or vehicles can usually be accommodated — just contact us and we'll adjust your booking.

Yes. Comprehensive insurance is included in every rental. This covers third-party liability and vehicle damage. An optional excess waiver for zero-deductible cover is available for a small daily supplement.
